STA Travel are the world’s biggest, and best, travel company for students and young adults.
The brand had become synonymous with cheap package holidays and no longer stood for what it originally set out to be - a travel company that enables you to fully experience the world and all the wonders it has to offer.
Research was conducted across the globe with stakeholders including travel agents, head office staff and most importantly the travellers themselves. A wide range of people travelling with STA were asked to document their experience in whichever way they felt relevant and then relay that experience back to us
The outcome of all this research defined their core brand proposition as ‘Face-to-face with the world’: the best experiences are still up close and personal. This resulted in a global re-brand and corporate identity roll-out with websites, new stores, brochures, apps and advertising all helping the company develop its markets, be a platform for growth and stimulate and engage their employees worldwide.
