JustGiving is the world’s biggest Social Giving Platform, with a turnover of over £400 million per year and 21 million users.
With this incredible number of users there was an opportunity to increase engagement with the brand beyond visits to fundraising pages. The JustGiving Give Graph was built and with this tech a feed was designed that shows users all the amazing things their friends are doing for the causes they care about all in one place. The feed gives users a place to invest more of their time, return to to discover great causes and feel inspired by all the amazing things their friends are doing.
As part of the customer journey a new homepage was redesigned as the old homepage was uninspiring and transactional and didn’t accurately represent the core values of the brand.
